What is Austin Restaurant Weeks?

Austin Restaurant Weeks is a 2-week-long dining extravaganza featuring specially priced lunches, dinners, and cocktails at restaurants throughout the greater Austin area.

A portion of each prix fixe meal's price goes directly to the Central Texas Food Bank. Each dollar donated equates to 3 meals for our neighbors, making the most of each dollar's purchasing power in the community.

You can help by dining at participating restaurants during Austin Restaurant Weeks, August 28 - September 13.

  • Prix fixe meal options can include lunch or brunch for $25 and dinner for $50 or $75. Cocktail, beer and wine options may also be available.

  • Each meal or drink purchased helps Central Texas Food Bank’s programs that serve nearly 93,000 people each week.

  • With its purchasing power, Central Texas Food Bank can do more with every dollar donated. Since its inception in 2018, Austin Restaurant Weeks has raised nearly 2.9 million meals.

 

Prix Fixe Meal Pricing


$25 Lunch & Brunch

Your 2-to-3 course prix fixe lunch or brunch at participating restaurants provides $4 to the Central Texas Food Bank to help feed our neighbors in need.

$50 Dinner

Your 3-to-4 course prix fixe dinner at participating restaurants provides $7 to the Central Texas Food Bank to help feed our neighbors in need.

$75 dinner

Your 3-to-4 course prix fixe dinner at participating restaurants provides $10 to the Central Texas Food Bank to help feed our neighbors in need.

 

Cocktails, Wine & Beer



In addition to Prix Fixe menus, establishments may offer a cocktail, wine, or beer option.

Each Tito’s Handmade Vodka–exclusive cocktail generates a $2 donation
to the food bank, while each glass of wine or beer contributes $1.

  • Austin Restaurant Weeks is an annual event that celebrates fine dining at an affordable price while helping fight hunger in Central Texas. Participating restaurants offer prix fixe menus specially priced for lunch and/or dinner and donate a portion of proceeds from each meal to the Central Texas Food Bank. Some establishments may have cocktail, beer, and wine options that also result in donations to the Food Bank.

  • Austin Restaurant Weeks 2025 will run from August 28-September 13!

  • The Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB) is the leading hunger-relief nonprofit in Central Texas, working to provide immediate and equitable access to nutritious food for individuals throughout its 21-county service area. Through a combination of direct-service programs and a network of nearly 250 nonprofit community partners, CTFB supports over 610,000 food insecure individuals annually.   • Let the restaurant manager or owner know about it, and have them sign up here.

  • For most restaurants, reservations are highly recommended. However, the Austin Restaurant Weeks menu is offered to all guests, including walk-ins. We encourage you to make reservations ahead of time if possible.

  • Restaurants donate between $4-10 for each Austin Restaurant Weeks meal sold during the event. The food bank can make the most of every dollar donated, so a dinner for two people can generate more than 60 meals for Central Texans facing hunger.

  • Participating restaurants benefit from the broad range of promotions and marketing assets provided by Austin Restaurant Weeks, our partners and the influencers we’re connected with. By registering, establishments make sure that they’re official ARW participants and we’ll make sure we have all the latest information about you to share with potential diners.

  • A couple of things. We love it when you can offer exclusive dish(es) just for ARW patrons, and when your prix-fixe menu is a deal for diners. And the earlier you can get your menu to us, the faster it will go up on our website - meaning more diners will plan to visit you for ARW. Win-win!

  • Select the Restaurant Registration tab at the top of the page. You will be directed to a form to register your business where you can select menu options and provide contact information to our team.
