Registration for Austin Restaurant Weeks 2024 STARTS NOW.

Austin Restaurant Weeks (ARW), presented by Tito’s® Handmade Vodka, is a great opportunity to showcase your support for the fight against hunger in Central Texas, where 1 in 7 of our neighbors are food insecure. ARW is an annual fundraiser for the Central Texas Food Bank, the region’s largest hunger-relief organization. Hundreds of Austin-area restaurants and bars have participated in ARW since 2018, raising nearly 2.9 million meals for Central Texans facing hunger.

How does it work?

Participating restaurants and bars will offer prix-fixe menus and drink specials with a portion of sales earmarked as a donation to the Food Bank. Need a different option? Let us know what you are thinking about in the registration form.

At the end of the campaign, restaurants and bars total up their sales and make their donation directly to the Food Bank.

Our objective is always to offer an event that is exciting to diners, generates revenue and buzz for our restaurants and raises meals for our neighbors in need. Once again, the Food Bank has teamed up with community and media partners to drive awareness of ARW and participating establishments through a broad range of promotional channels, including a dedicated ARW website (austinrestaurantweeks.org) and a robust traditional and social media campaign.

By submitting this form, you confirm that your restaurant agrees to the following:

  • You will make ARW menus, drink options and special menu items available and present them to diners for the entire duration of Austin Restaurant Weeks.

  • You will share high-res images of your food, drinks and/or ambiance for your listing on the ARW website. You may also opt to allow for the use of images from your restaurant website.

  • In order to be included on the ARW website, you will send your menu listing(s) to the Food Bank by August 1, 2024

  • You will track the number of meals, drinks and special menu items sold (by category) and submit totals to the Central Texas Food Bank by September 25, 2024.

  • You will submit your ARW donation to the Food Bank by October 4, 2024.
